Used UEi DTH31 handheld digital psychrometer. This meter measures relative humidity and air temperature and calculates dew point and wet bulb. It is commonly used for HVAC, indoor air quality, and moisture checks.

No case, manual, batteries extra, or optional ATT31 external temperature probe are included. Photos are of the actual item.

Condition Used and powers on. One photo shows a live reading of about 46.8% RH, 70.1 F air temperature, and 64.3 F. Expected wear for a field tool:

• Light scuffs and marks on the yellow housing
• Screen has some haze or residue but is readable when on
• Twist sensor cap is present and marked CLOSE / OPEN
• All six buttons are present: Power, HOLD, T/DP T1, DP/WB T2, C/F, MX/MN RESET
